How do I place an order?
Choose your preferred color and size, add the item to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is successfully placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
How do I use the first-order discount?
Enter code FIRST at checkout to receive 5% off your first order. The discount cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6.99 and express shipping is $9.99. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Final shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated shipping time is 7–10 business days with standard shipping and 5–7 business days with express shipping. Weekends, holidays, customs, severe weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery times. International destinations may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries and regions. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
How can I track my order?

What if my tracking has not updated?

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Contact us before returning any item; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Can sale items or gift cards be returned?
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return under our current refund policy. Please review the product details carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

The fastest option is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
